For this weeks Quiche, Iโve added some lovely fresh peppers.
The key is to burn the skin, then place in a bowl covered in cling film, leave it to steam.
The burnt skin then comes off & weโre left with a charred, smoky flavour.

Sorry Iโve been a bit quiet the past 2 days, just trying to regain energy after the Summer Stall on Saturday which was amazing! ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ณ๐ฅฐ

- Menu will now be posted on Wednesday at 1pm ๐
- Mix & Match from a list of items allows more choice than before!
- Friday/ Saturday delivery across Lochaber
I will be hosting a stall on the 29th & 30th of this month at the Spring Producers Market in Cameron Square Fort William from 10-3pm. Canโt wait! ๐คฉ
