I've been working on the Foccacia over the past few weeks.... Changing recipe amounts ever so slightly, prove time, resting time etc etc and I think today it has finally turned out perfect! ๐
Sandwiches today are pesto chicken, roast tomato and rocket or beetroot Humous, feta, slaw and lettuce ๐
