Since setting up on my own, I have worked closely with Riah Body and Soul, (Julie Sangster - award winning bridal hair and make-up specialist), and Deeside Photographics (which is owned and managed by award winning photographer Logan Sangster LMPA LBIPP). eautiful all day long. Great make-up begins with quality products - which my very extensive kit reflects. I use some of the best products in the industry including Channel, Dior, Guerlain, MAC, Bobbi Brown, NARS, Laura Mercier, Estee Lauder and Anastasia Beverly Hills. On your wedding day, my goal is to not only make you look flawless and picture perfect to walk down the aisle, but make you feel at your most beautiful. I feel it is a privilege to share the most special of days with my brides and their families. For those who would like to know a little bit about me, I have always loved make up, which started when working in theatre at school. Drama was a real love and I auditioned and won a much sought after scholarship, which took me to the National Youth Theatre in London where I studied drama and make-up. For over 25 years I worked with Profile Model Agency in Aberdeen, working on fashion shows, photo shoots and magazine covers, where I gained invaluable experience. I worked with Guerlain for many years, based in Aberdeen and training at the London Training Academy. I successfully completed various make up courses, and was delighted to be chosen to attended a one week Advanced Makeup Technique Training course, which resulted in my certificate as an Advanced Make-up Artist and Colour Specialist. During this time, I worked closely with other make-up houses and gained significant knowledge and insight into a wide range of other products and skills. Another rewarding experience was working with Look Good…Feel Better (The Beauty Industry supporting women with cancer) for many years, carrying out makeovers and giving advice on make-up and skin care. All of the years and experience gave me a wide range and depth of knowledge, skills and expertise, which I felt was essential before setting up my own business as a Bridal Make-up Artist.
