Requirement’s include:

⌚ A bit of a late post for May's Player of the Month, but we haven't been able to give the award to the player who was receiving it due to various reasons ⌚

⭐ Kellan was simply amazing during the whole of May;

In every game Kellan has been an absolute menace to the opposition! often receiving the ball deep in his own half, going on a run and beating player after player! Kellan scored numerous goals throughout the month and was unlucky not to score more! ⚽⚽⚽

Along with all that, Kellans "Football IQ" is really starting to develop, he is picking the right moments to go on a run with the ball, making more and more dangerous of the ball runs and is also starting to recognize when a team mate is in a better position and passing the ball to them! 🧠

April's U8 Hurricanes Player of the Month is KAIDEN!!

🏆 What can we say about our Kaiden! 🏆

Kaiden is an absolute delightful young lad, always playing with a smile on his face 😁, always listening to his coaches instructions👂🏻 and always giving maximum effort even when he doesn't feel great 💯!

Kaiden is our brick wall 🧱 at the back, making countless tackles throughout every game! The whole team's confidence rises when he is playing! 💪🏻

⚽ Not only is Kaiden our brick wall, he is also the spring-board for us to be able to play the ball out from the back - something which can easily go unnoticed when a striker has banged in a goal but it all starts at the back and it all starts with Kaiden's ability to hold onto the ball, draw the opposition onto him and release the ball at the perfect time to create space for his teammates to exploit! What a baller!! ⚽

📈 In every game this month, Kaiden has been right up there for Player of the Match such is his consistency! 📈

All this, and we haven't mentioned that Kaiden is playing up an age group - he is an absolute rock-star at the back ✨

Super month Kaiden! Fully deserved player of the month 🦌💚

💚Holker Warriors U10s💚

On a sunny but blustery evening Holker Warriors had another game against Hawcoat , but this time it was their U11S.
This was a cracking match with some brilliant goals scored from both teams , both keepers saved some brilliant shots, and the posts and crossbars helped out when the keepers couldn't , there were some great tackles excellent shots and overall great play by both teams , thanks again Hawcoat for another great derby day game 💚⚽😁👍.

The Warriors were at their best today showing a great attitude throughout the game and never giving in , it was a fantastic team performance, there were some great goals scored by Luca, Jude, Ben , Issac, Will and Sonny ,well done boys 💪💚⚽🦌😁.

The player of the match went to Luca , he was fantastic tonight he scored a brilliant goal which was capped off with an even better celebration, his effort and determination in training and in the past couple of games paid off today , displaying in a great performance well done Luca , keep up the good work.💚⚽🦌😁🙌

March's R1R2 player of the month has gone to JACOB!!!

Jacob has been unreal over march - consistently being one the best players on the pitch during every game!!

🎯 We've tried challenging Jacob to be more positionally disciplined and having a few in depth conversations with him on the way to games, during training & whilst packing the pitch away and for a young boy, playing in the age group above - he has taken on the challenge in a very mature way! 🎯

🤩 Jacob lives, breathes and eats football and regularly tells us about how he has been watching John Terry, Tiago Silva and whichever young kid Chelsea are playing in defence these days - what a little legend 🤩

⭐ On top of his positional play, Jacob is developing his ball playing ability and often brings the ball out of defence and plays it into midfield with unbelievable composure, it's like he has been doing it a lot longer than he actually has and it's easy to forget that this is just his second season and is actually the year group below! ⭐

Add to that - he isn't diving into tackles anymore and holds his position, shows the attackers in the direction he wants them to go and then times the tackle superbly - oh, and he scored his first goal of the season which was an absolute rocket from near the half way line 🚀

Well done Jacob - Thoroughly deserved R1R2 PotM, keep living, breathing and eating football mate! 💚

On Saturday morning Holker Warriors, were finally in there new kit with our clubs colours thanks to our new sponsor R1R2 Gaming. you have given so much to our Holker teams and it doesn’t go unnoticed! 👏🏻 👍⚽❤️🦌

The Warriors took on a good footballing side and that was Ulverston, it was a cracking game for the spectators to watch end to end with some great goals scored from both teams .

The Warriors played really good football ball at times and one piece of play in particular was scored by Issac 4 passes and a very good finish the other goal was scored by a brilliant bit of individual skill from Will , The warriors were solid today and never gave up right to the end, well done boys, nice to finally see you all in green and white 🦌❤️⚽

The player of the match went our captain, he played like a man possessed today , his timing of a tackle and never say die attitude was a joy to watch, well done Logan you are a brilliant leader and a true Warrior, keep up the good work ⚽❤️🦌👍

🏆 February's R1R2 player of the month goes to KELLAN!! 🏆

⭐ After a series of excellent displays throughout Feb, Kellan fully deserves recognition and what better way for us to do this than to give him the biggest trophy we have for a month! ⭐

💨 As soon as we laid eyes on Kellan it was noticeable how fast he is 💨

💪🏻 Coupled with his speed is his ability to strike the ball very cleanly and with power! 💪🏻

⬆️ Kellan has shown steady progress with keeping the ball closer to him whilst keeping his speed throughout the season but it's gone to the next level over the last month or so! ⬆️

🗣️ Another pleasing aspect is how much Kellan has been coming out of his shell and he has gone from not being very vocal to having the confidence shout for the ball! 🗣️

💪🏻 Not only is he a danger to the opposition in every game we play, he has shown how a massive hunger to track back and win the ball no matter where the ball is and where he is - constantly going from one side of the pitch to the other and winning the ball back! 💪🏻
