Hope you all had an amazing Xmas from all of us at Brushes and Balloons.

Was a truly magical season facepainting and balloon modelling for all the guests at Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity grotto in Ikea Cardiff and also the magical Christmas experience at Forage Farm Shop & Kitchen .

We have some limited remaining availability on 2nd, 10th and 17th of November. Otherwise we are now fully booked up until Xmas!

It’s so lush seeing the kids love what we do… we are so happy to be a part of the Cardiff Halloween Festival family! It really feels like home over October!
The staff work incredibly hard to make this event such an amazing place for families to go and have outdone themselves this year!

Exciting news that Brushes and Balloons are finalists at the annual awards night at Welsh Ice.❤️🎈

You may have seen us talk about earlier this year. We joined and participated on their 8 week business course called the 5-9club. We wanted to hone and refresh our business skills to truly give you- our customer's the service and experience you all deserve. And what a valuable experience it was and I can't recommend them highly enough.

So super happy to have been nominated at their annual awards event. ❤️

Now, last time we made them a caricature of one of their course coordinators and "Balloon Ben" kept us entertained with his antics at their offices for over 8 weeks!

What shall I make them this time... ideas below...and stay tuned to see what I make and take with me as my balloon "plus one" 🤣🤣

What an amazing weekend we had!
From helping fundraise for the fabulously talented Company J , to the wonderful parties we had a pleasure of facepainting, glitter tattooing and balloon modelling for!
Loved making this mickey mouse...look at those smiles! This is why we love what we do!

Spent the 1st 3 Fridays of the Summer holidays at the We Love Merthyr's Summer of Fun Event in Merthyr Tydfil shopping centre.

On the very 1st weekend I met a wonderful lady and her son who challenged me to make them a Squirrel! We had a fabulous interaction and safe to say her son absolutely loved his Squirrel Balloon! Sorry you had a wasted trip to see me again but I'm sure our paths will cross again soon...and I for one can't wait for your Son's next Balloon challenge ❤️🎈

It's been truly an honour to work alongside and be able to donate to the Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity at their events in Ikea Cardiff this year doing facepainting and balloon modelling.

The following taken from their website outlines the amazing services that they provide:

"Each year, around 73,000 children come to the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales for specialist and often life-saving care.

We, as a charity, believe that every one of those children deserves access to the best possible medical care and child-centred support, over and above what the NHS can provide alone. Thanks to our incredible community of supporters and fundraiser, we can ensure that treatment and outcomes for children can continue to improve by funding new and innovative medical equipment and facilities. We’re able to support children and families in the here and now through our emotional support service and the much-loved play specialist team. We invest in the future by providing technology that helps train the bright clinicians of tomorrow. Together, we’re also able to make the hospital a less frightening and more familiar place for children by creating family-friendly environments and by sprinkling a little fun and happiness into hospital days."
