We’ve been catching up since the delightful sheep fair chaos, what a weekend that was!

A little reminder to keep your blooms in a cool spot whilst the sun delivers our summer! (Easier said than done, we know) But they’ll thank you for it later.

In this arrangement you’ll see one of our (now infamous) curcuma stems cut from one of our plants, it’s stunning all ways!

The MoviTime feature for June is "A Haunting in Venice". This movie has something for everyone - mystery, supernatural goings-on and Kenneth Branagh, in true Agatha Christie style, as Hercule Poirot.

Poirot has retired to Venice, where he is persuaded to attend a séance at a former orphanage, believed to be haunted by the spirits of orphaned children, in order to expose the medium as a fraud. When one of those at the séance is killed, Poirot finds himself trying to deduce whether the dead really can commit murder.

MoviTime is on Friday 28th June. Tickets are £5 from Ikebana Floral Designs or £5.50 on the door and doors open at 7.15 for a 7.45 start.

🌷 TEMPORARY CHANGES 🌷

Good afternoon all!
We just wanted to make you aware of a couple of small temporary changes we’re facing in-store.

Firstly our beautiful freesias haven’t disappeared; they’re simply being kept inside as the warmth is making them pop a little prematurely!

As well as this, we’ve decided to use a mobile number to place telephone orders until the landline goes live. We’re aware that a lot of people have been trying to get hold of us that may be unaware that we’re not closed, the landline is just unavailable at this time.

MoviTime for May is the riotous mystery comedy Wicked Little Letters.

A 1920s English seaside town bears witness to a dark, absurd scandal. Based on a stranger-than-fiction true story, "Wicked Little Letters" follows two neighbours: deeply-conservative local Edith Swan (Olivia Colman) and rowdy Irish migrant Rose Gooding (Jessie Buckley). When Edith and fellow residents start to receive wicked letters full of unintentionally hilarious profanities, foul-mouthed Rose is charged with the crime. However, as the town's women, led by Police Officer Gladys Moss (Anjana Vasan), begin to investigate the crime themselves, they suspect that something is amiss and Rose might not be the culprit after all.

Tickets are £5 and are available from, Ikebana Floral Designs and will also be £5 on the door. Doors open at 7.15 and the film starts at 7.45pm, Friday 31st May.
