FAQs…

1. Can we collect / return the products ourselves?

No it is drop off / pick up by us only. To the address submitted by you with your proof of ID / address. Some of our larger items require setting up by us.

2. I don’t want to pay a deposit ?

We operate strictly with a refundable £150 deposit (or 50% of the total cost if higher) subject to loss & damage. All our products will be checked back in & inspected by us. We can’t just go out and re buy most of our products as the vast majority are hand made by us which takes more time and effort than you might imagine.

3. Do you charge for carriage?

Carriage / set up charges are included within our advertised prices if within a certain distance. For an additional charge we may deliver wider than our usual radius but we are a small start up business so want to keep it local.

4. How long can I hire for?

A typical hire period is 1-2 days. This helps if delivering the night before for an early start. Of course we can collect the day after an event too. We are launching with two hires per week. One midweek & one weekend to allow us time to check in our stock / replace / clean etc…

5. How do I secure my booking?

A holding deposit of £50 can be paid upfront and the remainder deposit nearer the time. Free cancellation with 7 days minimum notice. Your holding deposit is non refundable if less than 7 days notice.

6. If it rains cats and dogs on the day can I have a refund?

Yes as a gesture of goodwill we offer a full refund if we have not delivered. If we have delivered then we can collect and return the products for an inspection before returning 80% of your charge.

7. Will we receive exactly what is shown in the photos?

Pretty much, our photos taken at the time show our products current stage but enhancements / additions may well have been made.

8. Is there a website for your products?

In the future yes highly likely
