Wowzers, that was one epic night of lots of food!! A huge thank you to my service ladies Carly Noelle Lawrence Charlotte and Molly - it was quite the beast, but we did it! I never put pictures of my dinner up; but here is my dinner! Brown miso broth with star anise & cloves with oyster mushrooms, soba noodles, kale, pak choi, mint, coriander & spring onions….oh and a soft boiled egg. So simple, so nourishing and soooo good!!
