Hello everyone!

So, I'm prepping like a fool for the start of the mini Summer term this week, but I haven't forgotten all you lovely people who were booked on to my last term (which was cut short due to my unexpected early arrival! Boy had no patience!)

To make up for the missed class and for the chance to say goodbye to those of you who's babies are now too big to come along, I'd love to arrange a wee Stay & Play session for all of you.

This would be an hour or 2, not a led class but I'd have all the play area toys out, a chance for the babies to explore (as they'll all be crawling & walking now!). Certificates for the babies who should have graduated would be given out, and most importantly it would give me a chance to see you all & say goodbye properly! I was gutted that I couldn't do that, especially since some of you have been coming for a year of classes. This would be a wee opportunity for me to say thank you & goodbye (& get some cuddles if I can!) And I would bring wee Harris with me as well, as it'd be rude not to!

This would be free of charge and open to everyone who was booked on to the last term. I would like to run this on a Saturday to allow any of you mummies who have returned to work, the opportunity to still come along.

I'll obviously only be able to do this if there is enough interest, so if you did attend last term, if you could please vote on the poll below to give me an idea of how many I could expect. Once I had an idea of numbers, I could then suggest some dates, most likely a Saturday in July (late morning).

I will send an email out this week to you as well.

I really hope that this will work for as many of you as possible, I know Summer is a tricky time, but it would be lovely to see you all if possible.

A little mini Sensory session with my littlest today 🥰

We worked on our listening skills with our shakers & bells, our eye muscles by tracking the movement of our rainbow ribbon, and a little peekaboo with our lovely soft chiffon! Ending with some tummy time, wee Harris is totally pooped and off for a wee doze 😴

He's been helping me practise for our Summer Term which starts next week! I hope to see as many of you as possible, there are still spaces so if you've not booked, it's not too late!

I've been a little quiet over the last couple of weeks as I settle into a new routine with my wee family. But I had to share with you all that we attended baby Harris' 1st Baby Sensory class this morning!

It was Sparkles week at Baby Sensory Edinburgh City, so we had some gorgeous music, relaxing lights & lots of cuddles today!

Harris is now 2 weeks old, so I thought it was high time he started his Baby Sensory journey! 😂🥰 Yes, he slept most of the way through, but as I always tell you mummies, he would still have taken lots in - our newborn brains never fully switch off & are always learning! And it was lovely to get out & about to show off my beautiful boy & chat to other mummies too.

If you attended my Spring Term, I'll be in touch very soon with a wee email, just to wrap things up properly with you all! And I'll also be posting more, as I ease back into my admin - I may still be delayed in replying to some messages, so do bear with me!

So after a surprise arrival, 3 weeks early, and nearly a week in hospital, we are finally settled at home with our new beautiful boy!

Harris Peter Lyle, born 22nd April '24, 6lb 1oz. He is perfect in every way, and doing well now.
