Polite notice regarding appointments -

Please let us know (with plenty of time if you can) if you can no longer attend your bridal appointment.

Today we had prepared for a fully booked Saturday and instead we had a last minute cancellation and we also had a no show!

Myself and Kelly work extremely hard in creating the very best bridal experience and I want to stand by my decision to not charge for appointments, for many reasons, but it’s so disheartening when a bride doesn’t even send us a message to let us know they no longer want to attend.

We operate by appointment only in order to give brides exclusive use of the whole boutique because we feel having the shop to yourself makes the experience even better, it means you don’t have to share this memorable experience with strangers and you also get our undivided attention. When you book your appointment with us, that time slot has been booked out especially for you.

Every bride gets a 2 hour appointment, we also add a buffer time between brides to allow us to tidy up the boutique ready for the next bride, get your name in our famous light box that you all love and maybe grab a quick coffee! Because we are so generous with our appointments it means we normally see 3 of you per day (4 if it’s a trunk show) so when we have unexpected no shows on our busiest day of the week it’s really frustrating as we could have filled that space with a bride wanting help finding her dream dress.

We are human and we understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control which may lead you to needing to cancel your appointment. We are known for our friendliness and warm welcome, we absolutely love what we do and we are always here for our brides, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please reach out to us by either using our live chat option on our website, email, social media messages or phone call!

Happy 6th Wedding Anniversary for me & my husband Tom!

Time really does fly when you’re having fun. It only feels like yesterday!
We had a surprise gender reveal cake as our wedding cake as I had our youngest boy Alex in my tummy 🤍 we’d booked to get married in Mykonos the following year… but then Alex through a complete surprise on us so we pulled everything forward and planned our wedding within 12 weeks!

I absolutely loved my dress by especially the pockets!

For any brides panicking about planning a wedding with little time, it’s not as bad as you think… sometimes it’s easier as we have less time to dwell on decisions & when it comes to the day, you’ll have an amazing time regardless! 🤍 we have dresses available to take away the same day too or our designers have availability on selected dresses for immediate delivery! 🤍

Not going to lie, I did have a few happy tears looking over these because they are so beautiful & Megan was just the loviest bride ever!
