This Wellington has just gone out to one of our favourite client groups (they take turns to host each other) and we are a little bit jealous we are not at their table tonight!!
This is the largest wellington feast we do, it feeds 6 and takes most of the stress away from the hosts.
We can of course make them any size you like though 😊

We are excited to launch SK Beef Wellingtons for the Christmas period.
We will be be hand making them to-order, to make sure they are the perfect size for your party.
Our wellington portion sizes will be generous, a minimum of 240g of beef fillet per person.
You can order the wellington on its own, so you can pair it with veggies/sauce of your choice, at £26 per person. Or you can order the wellington feast, at £33 per person, which also includes…

Our wellingtons are made with beautiful centre cut beef fillet, wrapped in mushroom duxelle, Parma ham, a spinach and basil pancake and covered in flaky puff pastry.
The pommes anna are thinly sliced potatoes, cooked slowly in butter, compressed overnight then sliced, ready for you to crisp up in the oven
Your vegetables will come ready-cooked, in oven proof trays, so you just need to warm them through.
The rich, red wine jus will be ready for you to warm while your wellington is resting.
We strongly suggest you purchase a meat thermometer to cook your wellington. We can give you a guide on cooking timings but this will vary greatly from oven to oven, on the thickness of the fillet, the temperature at which your wellington is at when it goes into the oven etc. Our current favourite is the Meater thermometer. I will put a link in the comments. There’s no better time than Christmas to treat yourself to an extra prezzie.
If you are entertaining lots of guests you are welcome to order multiple smaller wellingtons, so that you can cook some more than others and everyone’s fillet is cooked to their preference. We love ours rare as you will see from the picture.
The wellingtons and sides can be cooked on the day you collect, or the following day.
