Teddy bear making 🧸

This activity will be available at our next event, to secure this activity you will need to pre-book this to avoid disappointment of being sold out.
You can turn up and participate however depending on stock availability.

A deposit will be required if wanting to pre-book, this will not be taken until closer to the time so keep an eye on our page over the next couple of weeks with what teddies and outfits will be at our craft fair and you can book your space then 👀💕

Will be based in Billingham and will have entertainment for the family.

This will be in aid of Fire Fighters Charity (our chosen charity for main events).

I understand our Christmas one was a let down but with summer fast approaching we are confident that these will be just as successful as our spring fair last year.. maybe better! 💕

We are excited to say that we will have an author at our Christmas craft fair with his new book - Ed and his adventures in Yolktown!

HIs books will be available to buy throughout the fair, however Steven will be available from 2-3 to sign the books, meet the little ones and tell them all about Ed! 🥚 🙌🏻

The elves are bringing along some warm mulled wine and mince pies which will be available on 20th November!

(Please note that the mulled wine will be non alcoholic, due to it being primarily a childrens event during the day- alcohol will be available to win in the adults tombola 😋)

Unfortunately the glass painting station will not be available this time, but will be at our next Christmas fair.

Instead we will be donating £50 towards our chosen charity on the 20th November.

Only 5 weeks left to go! WHO IS EXCITED?

Just a quick update in regards to Santa 🎅🏻

This was going to be a ticket feature, we have decided that we will allow children to just turn up on the day instead.

We understand that not everybody has social media and this may make it difficult for some to see our posts and have knowledge of pre purchase tickets, and there is always people who just “drop by” who weren’t aware of the event and see it while passing.

We do not want any children to miss out because of this! 🫶🏻

We will ensure that there will be plenty of presents but please note that these will be aged 3-10.

*OUR STALL HOLDERS*

I know I have already spoken to some of you, but would all stall holders at our Christmas fair on 20th November be able to donate alcoholic raffle prizes please?
This can be any alcohol, mulled wine, normal wine, whiskey, champagne, lagers, gin etc!

These will be used to create either a large “barrow of booze” or a first second and third place “boozy Christmas” gift set/hamper.
All money raised from this will be in aid of fire fighters charity.

We are joining the rest of the United Kingdom in mourning the death of Her Majesty The Queen.

I understand this may cause some controversy as to why we would be actively back to “making money” on the same day as Her Majesty’s funeral, however this is not the case, we get a great sense of joy by helping charities, and causes, and want to continue doing good, Events to help is non profit.

Did you know that Her Majesty The Queen has been a loyal patron and dedicated supporter of The Fire Fighters Charity, formerly the Fire Services National Benevolent Fund, for almost her entire reign.

It feels right to us that after Her Majesty’s funeral, we continue trying to make a difference to the lives of those who have risked theirs for ours. Just as Her Majesty did.

So we will not be replying to any messages or requests until 5pm tonight.

We hope that you all understand this decision.
