5 tier pillared wedding cake with white/ivory roses and greenery that I had the pleasure to make at the weekend. Brought me anxiety as each tier I popped on the pillars!! It’s all about the right structure and I did it!! The tallest I’ve done yet!
Cake consists of carrot cake and vanilla for the top. Red velvet and vanilla for the 4th the 3rd and 2nd chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam for the bottom. How gorgeous does this look 😍😍

Its wedding season 🥰🥰
I had the pleasure to create this gorgeous 3 tier on Tuesday which includes chocolate sponge & buttercream for the top two tiers and vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and jam for the bottom.
Includes (fake) gypsophila intwining down the folds of the tiers and also included a special meaning the Winnie the Pooh honey pot with the friends logo on the middle 😍 colours on this are stunning 😍
I wish the special couple all the best for the future 😘
