How much space will I need for a Bouncy Castle or Inflatable? Depending on what Bouncy Castle or Inflatable you decide to hire you will need a couple of feet either side and approximate
ly six feet at the front. There should be no overhanging branches within 1 metre of the top of the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable. Are your Bouncy Castles and Inflatable's suitable for both indoor and outdoor use? Yes, most of our Bouncy Castles even come with shower hoods to protect you from the elements. Will you organise the delivery and set up of the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable? Our friendly, fully trained and insured staff will go out of their way to help you have the bounciest party ever. Yes we are. We have full Public Liability Insurance. You the hirer are responsible for ensuring proper adult supervision of the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable and the safety of the children using the equipment. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries other than those directly caused by faults in our equipment or improper installation. What areas do you cover? We cover the whole of Renfrewshire & Greater Glasgow area. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area just contact us and we will be pleased to advise you. A small charge to cover fuel costs may apply for any hires out with these areas. What's included in the price? Delivery of the Inflatable or Cinema package, set up, safety briefing, pack up and collection. When are your Inflatable’s or Cinemas available for hire? Typically from March-October weather permitting. Special requests/events can be catered for out with this, message for further details. What time is the Inflatable or Cinema delivered? This really is up to you. We always try to accommodate customers at a time which suits them best. However, during busier periods when customers are requesting similar hire times a compromise may be necessary. Customers hiring halls etc will be given priority due to their time restrictions. How far in advance should I book? The earlier the better. Demand is always high for our Inflatable’s & Cinemas in the summer months. What preparations should I make before taking delivery of the Cinema package or Inflatable? We ask that you ensure we have a 4ft wide access to the site. Please ensure the area is free from sharp objects and not excessively muddy. An electricity point is required within 40m. We will refuse bookings for sites that are unsuitable for bouncy castles e.g. sloping, uneven or dirty gardens. What will I need to provide for the cinema packages? We provide all the technology and cables you’ll need, including power cables and extensions. We just plug in to any power source within 40m. What if it rains? We offer an optional pop-up gazebo which will protect you and the projector from the elements. The screen is weather resistant, so you can still enjoy Outdoor Cinema in light rain. If it’s heavy rain, or strong winds, we recommend you take Outdoor Cinema indoors if you have the space. Can I use the Cinema indoors? Of course! Providing you have the space to accommodate the screen and projection unit, you can use our Cinema screens in most places. As long as you have the space. How many guests should I invite? As many or as few as you like! Many of our customers enjoy a romantic Outdoor Cinema Experience for just the family, whilst others comfortably accommodate 20+ people for Outdoor Cinema parties! What about sound? Sound is a crucial element of the Cinema experience. We provide our own sound system for you to enjoy. Do you provide the films? We don’t currently provide any content, but you’re free to use your own. You can also use your own media from a USB drive, and use your own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV. Does it need to be dark? In short, yes. You can use Outdoor Cinema from dusk, and the picture gets brighter and clearer the less ambient light there is. Projectors don’t work in direct sunlight. If you don’t want to wait until it gets dark, we recommend adding our gazebo to create shade, or use the cinema indoors or book our full cinema pod package. This will ensure you get a bright and clear picture if your event is during the day. How do I pay? We will require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. The residual amount will be Paid 7 days before hire. Other Payment methods can be arranged. COVID RULES
Social distancing rules will apply, you must STAY INDOORS on our arrival, set-up and collection. Anyone with covid-19 symptoms CANNOT hire. Secure gardens only with no public access. Adhere to your local COVID SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES. We must be able to access your back garden through an external side passage, as regrettably we cannot take the equipment through your house. The above are the steps that we are taking to keep our customers, their children and our staff safe. However, we continue to follow Government advice. If anything changes then we will update our guidelines in accordance with new advice.
