Oriol Riverola AKA John Talabot is a Barcelona-based record label owner, producer and electronic musician.

Combining disco breaks, drum machines, Rhodes riffs and silvery guitars, Talbot is one of those rare DJs who can effortlessly combine a mix of eclectic sounds into something else entirely.

Highly danceable and hypnotising, his all-nighter sets have granted the mysterious DJ legendary status. See you on the dancefloor!

Welsh psych-pop wizard Gruff Rhys has been gracing End of the Road with his magnetic presence since 2011.

The Super Furry Animals frontman, composer, filmmaker and author has had an incredible career. 2024's Sadness Sets Me Free is his 25th album in his 35-year career.

A round of “applause” for this hero of modern pop, we’re delighted to welcome Gruff back.

Paranoid London deliver gritty, sleazy acid house. With no digital releases to date and practically no publicity, the elusive pair’s visceral, punk take on dance music sees them manipulating laptops, turntables and drum machines like you’ve never seen!

2024 saw the release of their highly-anticipated LP Arseholes, Liars and Electronic Pioneers featuring Fat Dog’s Joe Love, Primal Scream’s Bobby Gillespie, Josh Caffe and more.

We’ve been admirers of Nashville-dwelling songwriter Matthew Houck’s flourishing Americana and alt-country for a long time. He last graced us with his presence in 2016 with a triumphant set on the Garden Stage and a special secret midnight set.

His first new album in five years, Revelator, is out today via Verve Records. You're bound to have a dreamy afternoon.

Baxter Dury’s decade-and-a-half music career has seen him release seven albums, collaborate with Sleaford Mods and Étienne de Crécy, write an acclaimed memoir, and tour the world. His latest album, hip-hop inspired Thought I was Better Than You (2023) is a “rich, dark, psychedelic trip into a tapestry of madness.” The suited and booted storyteller last graced us with his magnetic presence back in 2019 and we can’t wait to have him back.

Since their formation in the early 2000's Lankum have gone on to become a leading light in contemporary folk music. Their powerful and haunting album False Lankum (Rough Trade Records) ranked number one in The Quietus and Uncut’s Best Albums of 2023 and was the first folk album to be nominated for the Mercury Prize in 11 years. Having played the festival in 2017, as well as a truly special sold-out show at the Roundhouse in 2023, their live sets are nothing short of soul-stirring.

After a hiatus following the tragic passing of keyboard player Carey Lander, the enchanting indie rockers recently announced their return. Camera Obscura emerged in the late 1990s and became one of the most celebrated bands on the UK “twee pop” scene. With nostalgic nodes of retro-pop and infectiously catchy choruses, we’re overjoyed to have the John Peel-endorsed band bring their truly special sound to Larmer Tree.
