It's always a pleasure sharing my passion for Caribbean flavours with a new audience, and your love for the food was incredible! Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a taste of the islands!

Ren's Kitchen Sizzles at Tyndale Festival!

Day 3 at the Tyndale Beer & Cider Festival was a smash hit!

Huge thanks to everyone who came out and tried our Caribbean flavours!

• The Honey Glazed Jerk Pork Belly was a crowd-pleaser with its sweet and savoury goodness.

• The Curried Goat stole the show with its rich and flavourful sauce.

• And of course, our Fiery Jerk Chicken kept things hot and spicy! ️

A heads up for tomorrow - it seems I might need some extra help managing the rush! While things got busy at times, I actually thrive under pressure. No time to think, just pure cooking focus!

The pitch location wasn't ideal, but hey, Ren's Kitchen always makes do!

Heads up, I'll be off the industrial estate this week as I gear up for my first festival appearance of the season!

That's right! Ren's Kitchen will be bringing the Caribbean vibes to the Tyndale Beer & Cider Festival in Corbridge this Thursday through Sunday. Come find me and tantalise your taste buds with some delicious island flavours!

Today's the day! Ren's Kitchen is bringing a taste of home with our first-ever Sunday roasts at The Waterloo Pub in Blyth (12pm-4pm).

Here's what's on the menu:

• Simply Roasted Chickens (limited to 3): Whole chickens cooked to perfection, perfect for a satisfying Sunday lunch.

• Juicy Roast Beef (small joint): Slow-cooked to perfection for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.

• Crispy Pork Belly (limited to 5): A touch of indulgence for those who love a delicious roast.

All roasts are served with:

• Fluffy roast potatoes
