We are taking bookings for advertising clients and why not add your name to our waiting list.

Autumn Wedding Fair Sunday 19th October 2025
We have taken multiple bookings already.
We have taken over 1/4 of inside bookings
We only have 2 outside spaces left for this Wedding Fair.

We are also soon to take bookings for our April 2026 Wedding Fair, so don't worry there will be opportunities to exhibit with us.

Bookings are coming in thick and fast, we are near at full capacity for the Vows & Views Wedding Fairs - Spring Wedding Fair now with waiting on 2 more suppliers forms then we have 34 exhibitors with us this time. We have had more enquiries for Exhibitors than stands available so currently have a waiting list for suppliers wishing to exhibit.

Autumn bookings are over a quarter gone already and more enquiries coming in. If you are a Wedding Supplier and wish to come on board with Vows & Views Wedding Fairs in the Autumn 🍂 then get in touch quickly as we have limited availability and although we do not limit to a list of recommended suppliers we do have 2 to 3 limit of each type of supplier to give our couples the variety they deserve and expect at a Wedding Fair.

Vows & Views Wedding Fairs

What began as a simple idea between two local businesswomen has now grown into a full-scale event that I am proud to organize. While it takes a lot of hard work, the reward comes on event day—when I can bring so much to our wonderful engaged couples.

Hosted at Pagham Village Hall, Vows & Views Wedding Fairs offer more than just your typical village hall wedding fair. Our goal is to create a unique and welcoming experience, helping couples find the perfect suppliers for their big day.

With two rooms filled with talented wedding professionals—ranging from exciting new businesses to well-established industry experts—we ensure a diverse selection of services. To provide the best variety, we limit each category to just 2–3 suppliers, giving couples plenty of choice without overwhelming them.

Join us for an inspiring day of wedding planning on Sunday, 11th May 2025, from 11 AM to 3 PM at Pagham Village Hall—and again on Sunday, 19th October 2025, same time, same place! Come and plan your wedding the Vows & Views way!
