It's October and spooky season! 👻🕸🕷🎃

My latest project for is these Halloween Monster Madeleines. I used the madeleine tray from the Whisk baking range . Made from silicone, it's really easy to pop out the bakes, so it gets my seal of approval!

I made this cake using the heart-shaped tin from the new Whisk range - their new, own brand range of bakeware and cake decorating equipment.

Rich, fudgy chocolate cake layered with salted caramel and vanilla buttercream 🩷🧡🩵❤️

This cake was ordered by Victoria's husband as a lovely surprise - he asked for some design touches that hinted back to their wedding cake, which I made a few years back.

Flavours are classic Victoria sponge and raspberry & white chocolate 😊

The occasion, a sophisticated hen lunch.
The brief, orange & peach tones 🍊🍑
The cake, layers of moist chocolate orange cake with homemade orange curd and dark chocolate orange ganache.

Definitely one of the classier hen cakes I've done (trust me, you don't want to know!!)
