Every year since my son started reception, as a huge thankyou (because let's face it, teachers and ta's are bloody awesome!) I have made them paper flowers. It's been pretty easy to find out their favourite colour and flower for me to create.....this year was different. Leo is of an age (8) where football is life...like actual life..🤣🫣 so finding out his teachers fave colours and flowers hasn't been the easiest "Mum I forgot!!!"..🙄. I messaged on the class WhatsApp and asked parents to ask their children for help!! Within 20 minutes at school drop off the girls were on it, favourite colours and flowers...boom...mission accomplished!! 🙌🙌🙌 . So we had coral, pink and yellow, Sunflowers and Roses & Blue, Hydrangea and Daffodils! Rattan Lapland Inspired Christmas Wreath

We were lucky enough to have experienced the magic that is "Lapland" last Christmas. We travelled to Finland and embarked on a 3 day search for Santa! It was and still is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. . . This wreath is inspired by the feelings that trip gave me. I took moments to stand still and look around me, those moments were quiet, still, watching the snow flutter around me. I remember feeling in awe of the landscapes. Morning Guys and Gals! I’ve just put up my very first video! It is a bit pants as it’s a time lapse and I need to remember to do my intro and ending slower (I do actually wave and smile at you but it doesn’t show 😆👋) As you will have seen from my Stories I’m (very happily) up to my eyeballs in wreath making ready for an event in 2 weeks! . . I did some garden work in late Summer (and now desperately need to do my Autumn jobs 😬), cleared a whole area. Found the most wonderful vines growing and decided to keep and separate them.
