My darling customers, I’m struggling a bit to stay on top of my emails….I normally like to reply that day but it’s taking me a day or so to do it.

My workload is insane this time of year and I’m putting in very long days. My only time for admin is crazy early or crazy late & I don’t feel it’s appropriate to be messaging customers at 1am.

So please know I’m not being ignorant or that your message isn’t important to me, it is!
