Ta’Hoots bar is back for the 2024 season, bigger and better.
We have bookings for events in April, May, July, August and September and we are looking for more!
7.2m bar for outdoor events, housed in a 12m by 6m Marquee and also a horsebox bar for smaller events or speciality drinks.
We are looking forwards to spring/summer!

Hello everyone.

With January 2024 drawing to a close, we thought we would update you with a few things from the Ta’Hoots diary.

1. April 27th sees us return to Roberts park in Saltaire to celebrate world heritage day.
We had a great time there last year and as a UNESCO world heritage site, Roberts park is a great place to bring the family and get involved in this one day celebration! Stalls, fairground rides for the kids and of course the bar will be open for alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments throughout.

2. May 11th we will be providing a full bar for a charity event in Horsforth, at St Margaret’s church. Proceeds will be going towards the church and Leeds Mind. This will be a ticketed event with more details to follow in due course.

2. May 24th-26th we are at Myrtle park in Bingley for an exciting new 3 day festival.
“Challenge fest” starts on the 24th with an outdoor cinema, before 2 days of music focused around the 90’s-00’s.
Ta’Hoots will have 2 bars onsite, the Marquee and Horsebox and will be there for the full event.

We have further bookings in June, July and August and are STILL available to provide bars elsewhere throughout the year so please get in touch here at the earliest opportunity if you would like us at your event.

Can’t wait for this! It’s going to be an epic evening!
Ta’Hoots will be present, with our marquee and horsebox bars and we are SO grateful to The New Inn for inviting us along! 🔥 💥 🍻 🍷 😃

Tickets selling fast for The New Inn bonfire. Below are a few questions answered that we are been asked.

🔥 This is a ticket event, adults £8, kids £5 under 5’s are free
💥 Tickets are on sale in the pub or on eventbrite
🔥 we have two large fairground rides plus a children’s ride and stalls
💥 we do suggest bringing cash for stalls, food and the fair as not all have card machines
🔥 the pub is open as usual for food and drinks 12pm-2.30pm and drinks from 12pm
💥 the outside bar is Ta’Hoots serving beers, wine, spirits and mulled wine
🔥 food available. BBQ, pie, peas & chips, pizzas, Indian cuisine, buns, cakes, pancakes.
💥 gates open at 5pm, fire lit around 6pm, fireworks around 8.30pm
🔥 stage with live music and a radio D.J.
💥 chairs, blankets welcome to get comfy to watch the show
🔥 NO FIREWORKS will be allowed in or sparklers for safety
💥 two free coaches are running from park & ride (times to be confirmed) or parking is available opposite the pub at a charge (to be confirmed) with a donation given to The Air Ambulance

Bonfire night SAVE THE DATE Friday 3rd Nov, gates open at 5pm
Questions answered regarding bonfire night

5pm start

Food including, bbq, pizza, Indian cuisine, desserts, pie and peas, candy floss, toffee apples, hot drinks and much more

Children’s rides, hook a duck and stalls

Adults and family rides, we have the twister coming along with everyone’s fav, the waltzers

Professional fire work display

Live music on stage along with a radio D.J. (Inc Charlie Aky) one of The New Inns originals

The big issue last year was parking and getting to us, so this year we are putting on free coaches to the pub and back to Alwoodley, if you are driving there will be plenty of parking in the field opposite the pub which will be supporting
The Air Ambulance so we have it covered for you.
