In September this year a group of us from Kidzplay are planning on completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to Raise funds for Leeds Women's Aid!

Leeds Women’s Aid is currently fundraising to build a brighter future for children in Leeds by developing a brand-new hub for families who are currently living in their refuge accommodation. This vital project will provide children and young people with their own dedicated space to relax, play, and interact with others, aiding their recovery from the impacts of domestic violence and abuse.

We have pledged £0.10 from every booking that is made with us from the start of May this year up until September towards the cause, but any donations would be hugely appreciated!

I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has contributed to our survey so far, we’re gathering your opinions on how we can introduce days out and trips, what we’re calling Kidzplay Adventures, throughout the summer.

As a mum myself, I remember how difficult it can be to go for a day out somewhere exciting. As a parent, you always have the overwhelming responsibility to make sure everyone gets there safe, plan your itinerary for the day, and think about what you’re going to have for lunch and that’s just the start of it!

Our idea is to give you the opportunity to enjoy special days out with your children without having to worry about all those things. We’ll sort out the transportation, we’ll make sure there’s a plan for the day, we’ll bring lunch along and we’ll even be there on the day to help in any way we can.

But we still need your help, we’re currently gauging interest at the moment, and we want to know how many of you are interested and more importantly, where you want to go. We’ve had some fantastic responses already but we could do with some more to really gather a good understanding of what you would like to see from Kidzplay Adventures. It only takes 5 minutes to complete.

At Kidzplay, we love seeing you and your little ones in our centres, but we're aware that on the limited sunny days, we get in this country, you might not want to be inside!

So we had an idea, it's tough when you've got kids to visit some of the best attractions in the UK, from getting them in the car to organising their lunches to having somewhere to store your coats and pushchair when you want to go on a ride together.

Introducing our convenient solution. Join us, and we'll take care of transportation and lunch. Our team will be able to help you. Experience some of Yorkshire and the UK's finest destinations with ease and without stress, and create cherished memories with your children.

We are thinking of starting this at the end of May and continuing until the last day of the Summer School holidays, but we need your help. What places would you like to visit over the summer holidays? When would you like to go?
