Lobster Risotto for dinner 🦞🦞👩🏻‍🍳

One of the many perks of my job .... leftovers ! and this weekend it was lobster !! So I whipped up a simple risotto with some rocket from the garden ... accompanied by a bottle of wine kindly gifted by a customer (who insists on giving me a bottle of wine EVERY time I deliver them a seafood platter .. would be rude to say no right 🤷🏻‍♀️)

It's a tough job ... but someone has to do it 😊👩🏻‍🍳

Happy summer holidays everyone and I hope anyone who received a delivery from me enjoyed it !

I'm very useless at posting pictures !!! Or even taking foodie pictures.... I did a lovely nibbles and canape party last week ... not 1 picture 😂😂 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm currently taking bookings over the summer for events big and small ! I don't just do Seafood platters 😂(although I always seems to be advertising them ... apologies 🙂)

Lovely job last weekend for some fab customers at the gorgeous Stanton Glyngarth on the Menia Straits ... beautiful house and setting .. stunning views while I cooked and most importantly .... GAS HOBS 😂😂
