Last night we catered for The Fly Fishers Club Welsh Marches Dinner held at the beautiful 🎣 the menu consisted of:

• Sloe Gin & Beetroot Cured Cod Loin, Pickled Kohlrabi, Crispy Seaweed, Wasabi & Pea Puree

• Loton Park Venison Wellington, Thyme & Garlic Potato Fondant, Braised Heritage Carrot, Root Vegetable & Cumin Puree, Crispy Onion Herb Crumb, Sloe Gin Jus

• Devils on Horseback

• Tangy Lemon Tart, Raspberry Gel & Sorbet, Cinder Honeycomb, Crushed Meringue

Last week we were asked to cater for charity luncheon at the beautiful Leighton Hall in aid of The Cavalier Centre based in Much Wenlock. We were honoured to be apart of such a wonderful occasion & served the guests a selection of canapés, the main being a ‘Nose To Tail’ pork dish, followed by a Belgium Chocolate & Sea Salt Tart🥳✨

Our latest dinner party menu we catered for last week for 16 guests 🥳 a beautiful menu consisting of:
- Sweet Chilli Prawn, Sticky Belly Pork, Thai Noodle Broth
- Wyre Forrest Venison Loin, Venison & Black Pudding Hot Pot, Braised Carrot & Leek, Sloe Gin Jus
- Treacle Tart, Whiskey & Honey Ice Cream, Cinder Honeycomb

Yesterday we catered for a Sunday Lunch 21st Birthday Meal! 🥳🤗 we started the lunch with a canapés & champagne reception, followed by roast loin of pork, with all the usual Sunday lunch trimmings (served in a family share format) and then finished with Belgium chocolate & orange panna cottas, chocolate soil, chocolate crisps & fresh berries 🥳

• Thyme & Garlic Creamed Mushrooms, Crispy Onion & Herb Crumble, Honey Roast Ham & Cheddar Toastie, Mushroom Ketchup🍄‍🟫
Followed by:
• Seared Venison Loin, Textures of Celeriac, Sweet Potato & Potato Gratin, Heritage Carrot, Chocolate Jus

Last night Twisted Lemon had two 60th Birthday events! The first being a three course sit down meal🥳 the first course: ✨Gin & Beetroot Cured Salmon, Beetroot Gel, Pickled Winter Salad, Horse Radish Crème Fraiche ✨ followed by Braised Shropshire Beef, Crispy Onion, Cheddar & Chive Mash, Heritage Carrot, Creamed Cabbage & Jus😋 dessert was a Brûléed Lemon Tart, Raspberry Gel, Fresh Raspberries, Homemade Cinder Honeycomb, Smashed Meringue 😍
