Charmouth will be christmassified next week! Our gorgeous Christmas lights will be going up Thursday November 20th but we need some help!

We need the selected 11 lampposts (the black ones) clear and accessible by a cherry picker. We will put some signs on the posts encouraging people to park elsewhere for this day so that it can be accessed but this is a pre warning plea. If you park on the street or live near a lamppost and can save the space with your own car that can be moved on the day or have a cone to put out please let us know!!

Any other ideas also welcome. 🎄🎅🧑‍🎄🕯️

Are you a Charmouth organisation, club, charity or anything inbetween? We’d love to hear from you! We have a pot of money ready for distribution to local causes and want to hear from you! Please fill out the form below to be considered for a grant of up to £200. This is what we do it for - being able to give the money back to the community that has come from so many fantastically fun events!! Please be precise with what you’d like to spend it on we’d love to post about the things you’ve bought so “supplies” is too vague. Need a new Hoover, pool table, printer, uniform? Let us know!

This village knows how to party! Party in the Park in Charmouth on Saturday, August 9th, was an incredible day filled with fun and community spirit! The event featured fantastic live music that had everyone dancing, bouncy castles that were a hit with the kids, creative face painting, and awesome DJ sets to keep the energy high. The BBQ was sizzling with delicious food, and the model plane show was a spectacular sight. We're thrilled to announce that thanks to everyone's support, we raised a significant amount of money for local charities. A huge thank you to all who attended, volunteered, and contributed to making the day such a resounding success!

WOW!! What a wonderful turn out for these incredible scarecrows! A round of allpause for the winners and all of the runners up. We are so proud of this village for the display and roll on 2026!!

TODAYS THE DAY!! The weather is looking great, the bar has arrived, the stage is set. We are ready for you Charmouth 🥳🥳🥳🥳

It’s that time of year again! Not long to go to the party in the park. This year it’s bigger and better than ever! We hope to see you there, don’t forget to tell your friends!! Keep this village tradition going by making it the best attended it’s ever been!!

Starting off the fundraising for party in the park we have these two stunning paintings donated to us by the incredibly talented Paddy Sullivan of Charmouth. Paddy is a keen fundraiser for CALM and MIND and has donated these hand painted show stoppers.

We are starting the auctions online and they will continue at the event on Saturday. Online bids are open NOW.

Each paintings RRP is £220 so we are starting each bid at £20. Bid on the individual photo of the front of the painting you would like.
