Qwerky is entering a brand new chapter! new look, new venue, bigger plans and a renewed focus on creating unforgettable events across Brighton. As we grow, we’re looking for brilliant people to join the team and help us bring the Qwerky experience to life.
We’re currently looking for:
Bar Staff Saturdays
Help create the energy, welcome guests and keep the room feeling alive. You’ll be part of the on the day experience, helping guests feel looked after, keeping service moving and bringing the right attitude to a busy, high energy event environment.
Content Creator
Capture the real moments, big reactions and behind-the-scenes Qwerky energy. We’re looking for someone who can spot the magic as it happens, from guest reactions and performer moments to venue atmosphere, reels, stories and social-first content.
Social Media Manager
Turn our brunches, events and brand personality into content people want to follow. This role is about helping shape the Qwerky voice online, planning content, creating posts, spotting trends and making sure our socials feel as bold and alive as our events.
Bookings Manager
Support guests from first enquiry to brunch day with clear, friendly communication. You’ll help with group bookings, customer questions, guest information and making sure people feel confident and excited before they arrive.
We’re looking for people who are friendly, reliable, organised, confident and ready to be part of a fast moving events brand built around drag, celebration, performance, inclusivity and big guest experiences.
Experience is great, but attitude matters too. If you’re creative, proactive, good with people and excited by the idea of working with a bold Brighton events brand, we’d love to hear from you.
