We’re honoured and excited to share with you that Nick, co-owner of Crocus Paella and Happy Go Souvlaki, has been invited to speak at the NCASS Street Food Business Expo, taking place 30 Sept – 1 Oct 2025 at ExCeL London.

He’ll join a panel discussion - “Street Food, From Pitch to Profit" - sharing insights, lessons and the highs & lows of running a street food business.

We know Nick will be amazing, representing both our businesses and the independent catering community, and it's a real privilege to speak alongside so many inspiring voices in the sector. For this beautiful informal wedding, we served up chicken & chorizo, vegan paella, fresh salads, and tailored dishes for guests with allergies – because everyone deserves a plate they can enjoy.
