Tis the season for wedding tastings!
Your wedding should reflect your unique taste and style which is why we invite our couples to join us for a bespoke tasting. Crafting the perfect menu for your special day is a journey we take together and our tastings help you to savour, refine and personalise every dish to ensure it’s nothing short of exceptional.
All the best weddings start with a canapé or two (if I was to get married again I think it might be all canapés!) Here are some of my favourite canapés on this year.
Back by popular demand with a new dusting of poppy seeds - Parmesan Sable, goats cheese, pickled beet hearts.
Sweetcorn fritter, avocado, pink onion (vegan)
Filet of beef tartar, black rice cracker, confit egg yolk

Tempura oyster mushroom, porcini aioli, pickled shimeji (vegan)
Goats cheese, charred onion crostini
Confit potato cake, ox cheek, house pickles
Bocconcini, yellow nectarine, rosemary
Korean fried cauliflower (also in chicken format!)
Lovage arancini, confit garlic aioli, pea shoots
