It’s exactly 3 weeks until the big day and definitely a good time to start talking CANAPES!!
I absolutely love a canapé reception. What is more of a treat than a selection of mini morsels with a cold glass of fizz. I definitely like to serve a few canapés on the big day - still trying to decide what though. Beef carpaccio with Parmesan cream and truffle oil is a firm favourite and decadently befitting of such a day!
But perhaps pic number 1 - a new addition the the menu - rosemary confit potato cake, slow cooked shredded ox cheek, sriracha aioli and house pickles.

#3 classic smoked salmon blini (always a crowd pleaser)
#4 vegan and gluten free sweetcorn fritter, avocado and jalapeño salsa (maybe one for that veganuary party!)
#5 sea bass ceviche in black rice cracker
#6 Parmesan shorts, goats cheese and pepper purer
#7 blini (again!)
#8 that beef carpaccio I mentioned…
#9 lemon curd tartlets
#10 black rice sushi, soy marinated quail egg
#11 brulee meringue tart
#12 little crispy duck pancakes
#13 little fish pie
#14 seared tuna, crispy ginger and pickled black radish
