The Vietvan is available to provide catering for all types of events including, office lunches, corporate functions, weddings and parties of all occasions. Our set-up is flexible and we can cook, prepare and serve both inside and out including back gardens! We discuss with each client in detail their requirements and create a bespoke menu tailored to their needs. Check the Vietvan website to see which markets we will be trading at this week.

A huge thank you to the lovely Janatiene for having us cater for her birthday celebrations in the beautiful village of Aynho 🥳 🥳🥂🥂🍾🍾

We served up a fully vegan feast featuring our homemade Massaman curry, green Thai curry, and our infamous Vietnamese Cari Chay 🇹🇭 🇹🇭 🇻🇳 🇻🇳

Guests also got the first taste of our brand-new canapé: black sesame rice crackers topped with mango, mint, and chilli salsa — a total crowd-pleaser 🥭🥭🌶️🌶️💃🏽💃🏽

We returned back to our roots last night with a visit to our home town of Croydon to cater at Whitgift School for a London Air Ambulance fundraiser! 🚁 🚁

We served up up some serious bowl food vibes to 150 parents. And guess what stole the show? Our latest creation: Lamb Massaman, now officially joining our menu thanks to its rave reviews! 🇹🇭 🇹🇭

Wrapping up our working holiday in Thailand 😜

It wasn't just about beach days and cocktails 🏖️ 🍹 from the super chilled beaches of Koh Lanta to the vibrant streets of Bangkok, we immersed ourselves in continuing our learning of Thai street food 🍜 😋

Big thanks to all the wonderful people who shared their knowledge and hospitality with us 🇹🇭🙏🙏

Now, we're back home and ready to bring those flavors to you! Join us tomorrow at Herne Hill market from 10am to 3pm for some authentic banh mi and more 🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳

🌟 We stumbled upon Sao's charming roadside Pad Thai stall as we were craving some authentic affordable Thai street food, little did we know, we were in for a treat! 🍜

Her small family run operation is a well oiled machine – Sao orchestrating the kitchen, her husband taking orders, and their son swiftly delivering mouth-watering dishes 😋

We couldn't resist returning the next day for more deliciousness and a special request: to learn from Sao herself! 👩‍🍳✨

Her meticulous attention to cleanliness and organisation were second to none and the flavours she crafted were simple and unforgettable – especially her secret tamarind paste that elevated her Pad Thai to new heights! 🤫 Even the milder dishes burst with authentic Thai taste 🌶️ 🫚🇹🇭

It was an unforgettable evening, learning from the lovely Sao. Stay tuned, as we can't wait to bring some of these delights to our menu this year! 🎉

If you ever find yourself in Koh Lanta, make sure to visit Sao in for an unforgettable culinary experience just off the beach 🏖️
