We had a busy tasting day yesterday for a few of our couples who are getting married early this year.
Here’s a few pictures I managed to take during service
they range from cured Gravelle with white crab meat choir egg and watercress aioli,sticky pork with crackling and pak choi. Posh scotch egg brie, bonbons grape and apple chutney.
14 hour feather blade of beef with horseradish and parsley, cannelloni of wild mushroom, spinach, and ricotta Desserts ranged from a white chocolate and mango cheesecake sundae to a rich dark chocolate truffle mousse with crushed honeycomb
