And dancing, friendship and being with nature ticks those boxes for us too. So we’ll be nourishing our souls and yours at some gorgeous festivals this summer!
First on the tour is the wonderful and beautiful
with bringing the best massage oil in the world, with some functional mushroom magic and our favourite .nootropics giving us great mushroom coffee from flow to zen. What a treat!

There's some magic cooking up at Aurum HQ... time to share some of it! In a month we'll be in heavenly Hay-on-Wye bringing our style of wellbeing to the riverbank.

Yoga, massage, reflexology and inspiring classes designed to get you back into your body and rest your busy mind. So we definitely need some and here he is. Hosting meditation sessions everyday, his adaptable and compassionate approach offers you the freedom to truly live in the moment.
