We have a choice of two perfectly furnished rooms ideal for weddings, christening, and birthday parties.
With a fully licensed bar, deliciously tempting hot meal and buffet options

stunning room dressing and decoration are something we can offer in house with our events manager

Our staff work hard to make sure everything is perfect for your special occasion no matter how big or small

Our larger function room can accommodate 100 plus guests and our second room is ideal for smaller events accommodating 60+ guests.

Yet we can create one huge space with our bifold doors bringing the two rooms together

✨ and even better our venue is exclusive we have a huge carpark , and each hire of the venue is exclusively yours 🙌🏻

Our exclusive Venue with Ballroom
is set to be one of Burnley’s prime spots for grand receptions, weddings, conferences, Proms, events & so much more !!

Our Ballroom has its own stage, but the scale of this room is suitable for temporary additional staging if required.

✨The Holgate Ballroom is used in conjunction with a further suite
Hosting a Bar with additional seating &
a large spacious area to house additional items, such as soft play, Photo booth , Welcome drinks etc.

We have kept the key features of the historic Building & its manor house setting ,

The Ballroom was always the venue of choice for large events in Burnley back in the 90’s , ranging from society weddings to award ceremonies and formal dinners
& We have Brought it back to life
