After a few months of hanging up my apron and letting my knives take a little nap, I met Emma from , and begged her to let me back in the kitchen!
From canapé parties to private dinners and weddings, we’ve been cooking up a storm with the freshest local ingredients. This summer turned out to be way more fun than I had planned!

I’m super excited to get Ginger& Olive back to full speed, but for now, I’m just grateful to be back in the kitchen—my happy place—while I (impatiently) wait for my (double)transplant call. After three ‘false alarms’ and now being at the top of the waiting list, it could happen any day now… hopefully, but If I hear “How long is a piece of string?” one more time, I might just scream!

Every Sunday (for as long as I can remember) we all ascend to HQ for a feast. Loads of wine, great food and quality time. It’s my absolute favourite day of the week to cook for my loves.
