It’s perfectly reasonable to order a dress in a smaller size if the measurements are within reach of your actual body shape. However, if it’s not possible, we are here to be completely and brutally honest with you, it might sound harsh but trust us, we’re on your side.
The golden rule with wedding dresses they can always be taken in a size for example, but we cannot add size in most cases so please remember that when it comes to choosing this measurements of the The Dress for your big day 🪡 ✨

There’s pro’s and con’s to being perfectionists.
While the video might not be perfect, we can live with that knowing that our Bridal appointments in our store a truly unlike any other experience.
We are forever tired of hearing about Brides who have been to appointments and not felt they were treated in a way that gave them an experience I’d hoped and dreamed of.
We simply cannot understand it.
This industry is such a personalised one and from our view that’s the best part about it.
So this is your PSA ladies that regardless of the horror stories you may have heard about Bride ‘s trying on and either not having the best service Or not liking themselves in any dresses to even feeling they’ve been catfish we have a few top tips when it comes to your booking your appointments.
Firstly, please do you Research! Each store has different styles of brides in mind when they choose their designers. This means that they won’t be suitable for everybody and in our eyes that’s an amazing concept.
If this wasn’t the case we would end up with Brides all looking the same because every single store would stock the same dresses. So instead each store pick dresses that are suitable to their clientele. So utilise Social Media and the stores website to check that the styles that you’re looking for vaguely resemble what the store stocks.
For example we have Bride to come in and say do you have any dresses that are full coverage? High neck, high back?Which may work perfect for some stores however that isn’t really what our clientele mostly look for therefore that’s not something that our designers specialise in, so it wouldn’t be appropriate for them to book in with us because they themselves would just feel awkward that we don’t have anything alike what they want to try on.
