at dubbing good food we believe in eating raw ingredients as part of a health diet, we use as much wholefoods as possible when cooking soups and stews and salad tubs and always source the best ingredients, avoiding msg and other nasties. We also try and avoid fake sugars and man made trans fats that can be found in supermarket cakes and biscuits and protein powders that you are encouraged to consu

me in the gym, dubbing good food was inspired by my love of good food and finding the best ingredients to feed my children, my brother has also been a big inspiration as he encourages us as a family to find alternative medicines and gives us great tips on what to avoid putting in our bodies, Its great to feel great about what your are eating and know what you are putting in your bodies and at dubbing good food we can assure you that everything we cook and use is only what we would eat ourselves. We also believe that treats are part of a healthy balance in life and we still love to cook a fat bacon butty or indulge in some cake...lets face it we cant be good all the time...life would be so boring!!

Good day to everyone!!!
Thank you to everyone who has welcomed my Fiancée and I to the village! It has been rather overwhelming to say the least.
The last 72 hours have been extremely tiresome but we have made large changes, some that are visible and some that you'll never see, but nonetheless needed to be done.

We are opening for a lovely home cooked Sunday Roast and hoping to launch our new menu next week!

Thank you to Greg and Hannah for a fabulous handover!

A true friend of over 20 years.. we will miss my funny pal .. what giggles we have had over the years.. an amazing butcher and man of the community

It is with a heavy heart we have to share the news we have lost our beloved Mac Burnham of Mac Burnham butchers. He tragically passed away on his birthday 27th December.

We are all devastated but as Mac would have wanted the butchers is open from tomorrow 29th December. If you need to contact the butchers please call the landline 01298 812792.

David and the team will ensure that the butchers carries on in Mac’s memory, this would mean so much to him.
