Last job of the year! A new one for me, but hopefully the first of many. I was asked to create 100 dairy free cupcakes and a simple wedding cake for a wedding earlier this week. They had, lemon, chocolate, coffee and vanilla cupcakes and a classic victoria sponge cake. All with white icing and a splash of gold. ❤️ ❤️

A special cake for a very special 4 year old today. My daughter wanted a mermaid and unicorn cake. So that’s what she got!

Gluten free vanilla sponge with whipped cream and jam. Coated with Swiss meringue vanilla buttercream.Chocolate roses, mermaid tails, shells, seahorses and unicorn horn.
