The Flow Zone Cwac's

We will soon have a pool dedicated to adult lessons from beginners to elite level. Or just come and swim!

We will be offering lessons, coaching, and pool hire options.

Are you a beginner who wants to gain confidence and learn to swim so you can enjoy holidays with your children?

Are you someone who loves the water but hates an overcrowded local pool?

Or are you looking for coaching to help improve your swimming and race times?

Are you a triathlete who wants a continuous swimming session without others stopping your flow?

Well we will have something very special for you!

No tumble turns, crowded pools, no queueing just swimming!

We will have an endless fast lane current to swim against. There will be a digital pace display and mirror at the bottom of the pool to see your stroke and help you improve.

We will be offering 30 min and 1-hour sessions for you to either learn or just swim.
Private room to yourself with changing space, which is perfect for a more intimate swimming experience.

More information to come over the next few weeks as we build our brand new pools.

We will be located next to Team Rees Gym in Trecenydd industrial estate Caerphilly. So why not join them for an amazing workout, run, or cycle before a nice swim in your own room at The Flow Zone!

We are so excited to announce that Cwac Cwac's Juniors are back!!

We will be returning to deliver our lessons this December/January!

The top secret location will be announced over the next few weeks! So watch this space!👀👀

We have now opened a dummy term for January so that you can join the waiting list.
You guys are so important to us! We want to reassure all our old customers that you will get first refusal on your old space.

We invite old and new customers to join our waiting list to be in pole position to join us on this exciting new adventure. The new pool will be the new home for Team Cwac Cwac's,! We cant wait to share the location with you over the next few weeks!

Sesiynau newydd yn dechrau mis Medi yng Nghaerdydd pob prynhawn dydd Mercher o 1yp tan 2yp dros 6 wythnos.

From September Halibalw Miwsig will be relocating to Whitchurch Community Centre for 6 weeks on Wednesdays from 1pm -2pm

We have a wonderful indoor and outdoor space here for the children to play and explore along with on site parking. Please don't worry if you do not speak Welsh, everyone welcome e.
