We loved this beautifully elegant table set-up for Alex and Ben’s wedding last year at the stunning

The couple opted for a romantic candle-lit theme with a subtle nod to Disney’s Beauty and The Beast thanks to glass domed red roses.

We loved their whimsical white draping and stunning chair covers paired with the ornate candelabras. Their choice of gold cutlery, navy napkins and blush stationary also worked perfectly with the luscious pink and red florals adorning the tables.

Congratulations to Sophie & Thomas who were married at the stunning on Sunday 🎄

Despite some December showers, the happy couple and their guests enjoyed drinks and canapés in the cosy reception space before heading into the festively decorated main barn for dinner.

The Suffolk barns are so magical at this time of year thanks to lots of beautiful Christmas trees and twinkling fairy lights caressing the beams.

The Cambridge Dining Company served up a beautiful Winter menu featuring Citrus & Fennel Cured Sea Trout to Start, Pork Belly with Black Pudding Mash, Braised Hispi Cabbage & Apple Cider Purée for Mains and our notorious Sticky Toffee Pudding for Dessert.

The happy couple shared a laid-back, non-traditional wedding day which was filled with love and laughter.

The wedding breakfast was influenced by Sofia’s Uruguayan heritage and featured Chivito sandwiches with a selection of sides and salads. Traditional Gramajo was served in the evening alongside traditional South American music where the couple and their guests danced the night away!

A popular dish this year for our wedding couples, today’s Dish of the Day is our Pork Belly, Black Pudding Mash, Braised Hispi Cabbage, Cambridge Cider & Apple Purée with Crackling and Gravy.

Our talented CDC chefs love to plate up and fine tune their dishes in the week leading up to each wedding. This ensures our award-winning food is beautifully presented to guests on the day.

Cambridge Dining Company created the perfect Summer menu for foodie’s Lauren & Joshua on Saturday at the beautiful 🤍

The two Starters served were a Smoked Ham Terrine with Garlic Focaccia, Apple Gel, Celeriac Purée, Pickled Radish & Kibbled Onions as well as a decadent Homemade Crab & Lobster Ravioli with Sage Butter Sauce, Samphire & Pangrattato.

The Main Courses featured Pork Porchetta, Roasted Squash, Pesto, Pomegranate & Fennel Apple Slaw as well as a Sicilian Baked Cod, Garlic New Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables & Tomato Salsa.

To finish, guests enjoyed a beautiful Coconut Panna Cotta with Pineapple & Lime Salsa and a Biscuit Crumb.

*As always, our creative chefs served up some beautiful Vegetarian dishes and catered to all dietary requirements.

For Laura and Ollie’s beautiful wedding at last Friday, CDC created a delicious Summer menu for their 126 guests.

To Start we served our popular Duck Parcel with Pickled Cucumber, Soy Dressing & Coriander Cress.
The Main Course featured Welsh Lamb Shoulder, Pomme Anna, Tenderstem Broccoli, Chantenay Carrots and a Rich Sauce.
For Dessert, Vanilla Cheesecake with Blueberry & Lime Compote, Fresh Strawberries & Freeze Dried Strawberries was served and a real hit on such a Sunny afternoon! 🤍

Congratulations to the fabulous Harleigh and George who were married at beautiful Barrington Hall on Saturday 🤍

The unique countryside venue looked amazing thanks to stunning white floral arrangements which brightened up both the grand marquee and ceremony space.
It was such a joy to be able to host their romantic blessing led by outside on the terrace steps in the June sunshine.

Following an alfresco drinks reception, we served guests a three course dinner in the stunning marquee alongside live music from who kept guests well entertained as they ate.

On the menu was a delicious Beef Short Rib Croquette with Chimchurri to start, our popular Roast Suffolk Chicken with Potato Daphinoise and Pea & Pancetta Fricassee for Main, followed by a decadent Vegan Dark Chocolate Tort with Cointreau Strawberries & Pistachios for Dessert.

We absolutely loved being part of this fun-filled wedding day and wish the newlyweds all the best in life as husband and wife 🤍
