Who we are;
We are a new and upcoming family run business with you the customer at the heart of our venture. We are a friendly and reliable team and aim to deliver a first class service to all our customers. Having been customers ourselves for inflatables over many years and on many occasions, we have a great knowledge of how different milestones/occasions are celebrated. And with this in mind, we have a range of inflatables to suit different occasions. We also provide sweet carts which we can decorate to meet your requirements i.e. a birthday, christening, wedding or just a fun day. We aim to help to give you the best day possible.
Delivery;
Our delivery and collection times are as follows- delivery is 7;00am-11;30, collection starts at 6;30pm which will be discussed with the customer on the day. Please note we can alter these times depending on your circumstances. We deliver within approximately a 10mile radius of Cannock. If you are hiring an inflatable for a indoor/outdoor venue you must make sure that the area/venue is big enough for the inflatable. I can give sizes of request so feel free to ask as this could incur extra charges if we arrive for set up and the area isn’t suitable we will not take responsibility for this. On the day and time arranged for the delivery please make sure there is a responsible adult present.
Our equipment will be delivered and set up by our qualified staff who are DBS checked and will carry ID badges. Our equipment is of the highest standard and is checked regularly for any signs of damage/wear and tear and also cleaned thoroughly after every use. We provide all equipment involved in the safe set up of our inflatables and other equipment. i.e. safety mats, pegs, cables and covers etc. please make sure that the area to be used is clean and free from debris before we arrive and enough room to access the area without any objects in our way. Please make staff aware of any protentional drainage/cables etc in the areas we will be using as we will be placing pegs into the ground to secure the inflatable. We will not take any responsibility for any damage/costs that may occur due this. Please keep pets/animals out of harm’s way so that we can complete set up safely. once set up is completed we check to make sure everything is safe, for you the customer to use.
All equipment supplied by ourselves is NOT to be moved by anyone other than our staff .
ALWAYS MAKE SURE THERE IS A RESPONSIBLE ADULT AROUND TO PROVIDE SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES ,AS YOU THE NAMED CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT OCCUR WHILST USING OUR EQUIPMENT. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILTY OR LIABLITLY.
Please note that in certain weather conditions i.e strong winds/heavy rain etc, we may have to cancel due to health and safety but we will always do our best to give you enough notice if this is to occur but please note sometimes that wont be possible until the same day.
Full payment is to be made upon setup of the castle this can be made via cash or card
