Set in 75 acres of beautiful Kentish countryside, close to the Cathedral City of Canterbury, Swarling Manor offers the ideal location for your civil ceremony or reception. Your ceremony can either take place in our beautiful restored barn or gazebo on the lawn. Opportunities abound for photographs within the formal gardens of the private Manor House and surrounding parkland, perfect for relaxing w

ith your family and friends. Swarling Manor is a family run business, offering you exclusive use of the venue and a 'tailor made' wedding to suit any requirement. We offer unlimited capacity however, the ceremony is limited to 150 inside. A Bridal suite is also available. In addition to weddings and family functions, Swarling Manor is available to hire for your corporate function or away day, photo shoot or location filming.

A beautiful barn ceremony for Joanne and Jack 🤍
Followed by live music under the maypole, refreshing Pimms in hand, and a round or two of mini golf.
The marquee bloomed with lush greenery and elegant white florals, setting the scene for a truly magical evening.
Then came the most perfect first dance — complete with a little surprise that had everyone smiling.
It was such a joy and privilege to be part of your unforgettable day.
