WESTWORLDFEST 2-4 MAY 2025 - POSTPONED
Due to unforeseen circumstances, WestWorldFest, scheduled to take place from 2-4 May 2025 at Bath & West Showground has been postponed to Summer 2026
➡ STATEMENT FROM BATH & WEST EVENT MANAGEMENT
After careful consideration, the difficult decision has been made to postpone the inaugural WestWorldFest, due to be held in May 2025, until the Summer of 2026.
With the unpredictable nature of the British weather, it has become apparent that the potential impact to the ground condition of the Main Ring, which would house the main stage area for WestWorldFest, was not given sufficient consideration at the initial enquiry stages.
The ground conditions of the Main Ring are paramount to the delivery of the activities that take place within it, such as Show Jumping, at the Royal Bath & West Show; an event held annually by the Royal Bath & West of England Society, which takes place each year at the end of May.
Whilst we understand this news may be disappointing to fans, please rest assured that the teams at Bath and West and WestWorldFest are working together to ensure an even better experience in 2026. We would also like to express our thanks to the team at WestWorldFest, and the bands themselves, for their understanding and cooperation with this decision.

Having worked on this festival project for over a year, the Event Team are extremely disappointed to have to postpone WestWorldFest after so much hard work and with 2025 so close, but we understand the reasons given by Bath & West, given the potential damage that can happen to green field areas by Music Festivals
Dates for later in 2025 were considered but unfortunately too many WestWorldFest staff were already booked on a multitude of other festivals for the 2025 season so we will work with Bath & West over the coming months to relaunch WestWorldFest on dates after the Royal Bath & West Show for the Summer of 2026.
ABOUT TICKETS
A massive thank you to all of you who purchased tickets to the 2025 event and rest assured, all tickets purchased for the original dates will be valid for the rescheduled dates. Refunds (minus Booking fees) will be available for those unable to attend the rescheduled dates.
