On a Saturday before Christmas it will be more accessible than the park, with parking just a few steps away. It is a beautiful location.

🕊🕊Following a poem and mention, a dove released in their honour.
1 dove per family (2 of you can release a dove)

🧡Everyone is welcome to join us, you don't need to have booked us in the past.

We have also been asked to invite you to place a tag on the tree of remembrance in the same location.

There is no cost or contribution needed, all we ask is that if you book a dove and need to cancel, you let us know so we can give someone else the opportunity.

It is one time of 11.30 where all the doves will be released together by you.
We ask you to arrive by 11.15 please.

Sorry For any inconvenience caused however, We will be closing both the office & telephone lines from 12pm on Friday 8th November as our staff attend the funeral of a much loved colleague, friend & family member.

Many people for all sorts of reasons opt for direct cremations rather than a traditional funeral these days.

Many people are also unaware that your local, trusted funeral directors offer this service too.

They do "everything" these big "direct service businesses" offer, but much, much better.

You know where your loved one is, and they will look after you as well as your loved one.

If there are any delays caused by red tape, your funeral director will get it sorted, not leave your loved ones for over 2 months in a "facility"

If your reasons for going for a direct cremation are because you don't want a fuss, your local funeral director will carry out your wishes.
If it's down to cost, your local funeral director will often cost less than those you see advertised on tv.

Can only speak about personal experience, and ours is not a good one.

Sometimes people are swayed with tv ads, I would say go chat to your nearest trusted funeral director before you make such a big decision.

The living need looking after too when loved ones are lost. 🌹

Well, THEY FLY HOME!

And this is how it's done.

𝔸𝕝𝕝 𝕚𝕟 𝕒 𝕕𝕒𝕪'𝕤 𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕜, 𝕓𝕖𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕕 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕤𝕔𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕤.

🕊𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲
They love where they live, we do to! When they are in the sky, they can go anywhere they want, but of their own free will, they choose to come home.

🕊𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀
We love breeding season!

🕊𝗣𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗗 𝘁𝗮𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗻
All registered to the WHPU stating year they were born, followed by a unique set of numbers. We also put our telephone number on.

🕊𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
They must get protected.

🕊𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴
They cost us a fortune! But only the best will do

They come and go as they please except in darkness.

🕊𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲
They love a bath, but have rain showers too.

🕊𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗹𝘆
They venture out into the world when they are ready!

🕊𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗼 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻
Once they've gained a little muscle strength and balance, they will fly for hours. Then we take them on a little trip, slowly going further away to build fitness whilst they hone their homing abilities.

🕊𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆
We are happy to have you come to us for a practice if time for you allows.

We have a collection of injured birds that we are happy to give a home to.

We are very proud of our flock. They are amazing.❤️
In fact, we are very proud of our little family business of 17 years. Our flock has brought joy and understanding of what these clever birds are capable of to 1000s of people.

Whether you've booked us in the past, intend to in the future, or have no intention of doing so, anyone is welcome to see how our birds live.
