Are you an experienced culinary professional ready to take the reins of your own kitchen? At the Vines Hotel we're offering a unique franchise opportunity to operate a full-service kitchen, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 days a week!
Here's what you get:

Full Kitchen Operation: You'll be responsible for the heart of the restaurant, bringing your culinary vision to life across all meal periods.
Your Own Front-of-House Team: You provide your own dedicated waiting staff, allowing you to build a cohesive and efficient service team.
We Handle the Cleaning: We'll continue to clean the restaurant each morning, ensuring high standards are maintained and you can focus on the food.
Drinks Service Covered: Our experienced bar staff will be on hand to serve all drinks, including table service, so your waiting staff can focus on food orders.
Streamlined Payments: All customer payments are processed seamlessly through our EPOS Now system.
Rewarding Compensation: The chef is then paid weekly at 84% of dry revenue, offering a strong incentive for success.
