The first prototype beer to come out of the 🍻

Working Title: Own Brand Abomination
Style: Cream Ale
ABV: 2%
Ingredients: FailFast Mango Lemonade, hops, pilsner malt, Kviek and 85 pence worth of own brand corn flakes

Yes I put Co-Op corn flakes in the beer also used our homemade Mango lemonade as the brewing water

because I can. That's the beauty of a tiny 50l brew kit we can do the stupid stuff no-one else will.

And if it goes wrong? Learn from it and do the next stupid thing.

If you want to be the best you have to fail more than everybody else.





Tasting Notes:

it tastes good. It's light with a lot of citrus, only a hint of the mango has carried through. Very drinkable and not as thin as I was expecting.

Head retention is SH*T though, but can fix that next time.

Yes would deffo put the corn flakes in again.
