Happy Funeral Celebrants Day!!

Many people ask what is a Funeral Celebrant and how can you help me?

As a Funeral Celebrant, part of my role is to assist you in creating a personal, meaningful funeral service that is a true reflection of the person who has passed away or, for you, if you want to put together your own for the future.

I will sit with you and help you organise the order and contents of the service including any required music, hymns, poems, tributes and a moment of reflection.

Together we can talk about the person, their life and stories that I can then write a meaningful eulogy that truly reflects the person they were. We can discuss how you want to make this final farewell special, memorable and a celebration of the life of a loved one.

As a funeral celebrant, using my knowledge, I will support you in ensuring you have the kind of funeral or memorial you want.

You don't have to use the Celebrant provided by the Funeral Directors, you can ask for me, your Celebrant of choice.

Most people don't realise that a service for a Celebration of Life can be held in most places with the owners permission. It could be in their favourite place, a garden, football club, local woods or common, even their favourite restaurant or pub. It doesn't have be at a Crematorium or Church, there are so many different alternative venues you can consider.

A lovely walk through the village in the sunshine this morning.
Great to see the new MUNA Cafe & Bistro open and serving breakfast and coffee.
Also thanks to the Misbourne River Action group for keeping the river flowing.

The New Year of 2024 is arriving into our lives. Some around the World have already welcomed it in and are celebrating, for others it is on it's way and we wait for that big moment of celebration.
