'Marathon Update'
I have managed to reach my 'pre-op' target of 8 miles which I am delighted with.
I am having a shoulder operation on Tuesday so estimating that I won't be able to run for about 3 weeks which is a big setback but training will resume as soon as possible.
I am running this Marathon for my own personal achievement and also for two Charities, the main one being Brain Tumour Research who helped my son Dan so much and also Heathrow Community Trust.
I will post my personal link for Charity Donations in a couple of weeks when they are set up.

We got back from a fantastic 3 week holiday in Canada and then my sons wedding on Sunday to a lovely envelope from ICPC comtaining my NOCN L3 Certificate in Civil Celebrancy.

A massive thanks to Julie, Rebecca and Maxine for the residential training and of course my tutor Amber for her help with the coursework.
