Last Friday we stepped back in time for an evening of twists, turns, and theatrical thrills here at Hornsbury Mill.

Our Murder Mystery Night brought together brilliant acting, delicious food, and a fantastic crowd who were fully up for solving the crime.

Our lakeside gazebo is fully licensed for weddings and surrounded by nature — including a couple of curious peacocks who might stop by to say hello.

It’s a peaceful, private setting that still has all the charm.

🌿 Garden Party at Hornsbury Mill – Key Info for Tomorrow! ☀️

We’re all set for a fantastic day and just wanted to share a few useful bits of info ahead of time:

• It’s going to be a hot one! 🔥 But don’t worry – we’ve got plenty of shady spots under the trees and by the stream to keep you cool.

• Well-behaved dogs are very welcome but must stay on leads at all times – we want to keep our peacocks and ducks happy too! 🦚

• The alpacas will be visiting for around an hour and a half – they’ll be heading off early so they don’t overheat and can travel comfortably 🦙

• Please help us protect the grounds by taking any rubbish inside to the bins or home with you – lots of wildlife live here and we want to keep it that way 🦆

• Most vendors will accept card but we recommend bringing some cash just in case 💷

• Seating is available around the lake and you are welcome to bring your own picnic blankets and fold out chairs

• There are open bodies of water throughout the grounds – children must be supervised at all times for safety❗️

• Live music will be playing from the gazebo until 3pm, but the party will keep going after that with plenty to see, do, and enjoy! 🎶

• A photographer will be on site capturing the day – photos may be taken throughout the event 📸
