Hello, and welcome to LD Balloons. We are currently in the beginning of our new exciting business venture, and will be up and running by the summer.
We are currently only able to provide balloons to Chatteris and the surrounding areas, delivery may be available for an extra charge, or collection which is encouraged and always available. If you are collecting, please await further instruction as to when your balloons are ready.
We are looking to be able to do balloon arches, however this will only be able to be done on site at the party event due to transportation issues because of the size of the arch. Please bear in mind when arranging a balloon arch, we are a one person team, we may have extra help but this could still take an hour to complete, so please ensure you book it in at a time that will not interfere with your party. We recommend booking us in for at least two hours before the start of your party, to ensure that any issues can be dealt with. Unfortunately due to times as stated above, we will not be able to have one completed before 11am in the morning.
We will happily blow up balloons that you have purchased elsewhere for an extra charge, however we cannot replace or refund if these balloons should pop whilst we are filling. We also cannot refund if the balloons are not suitable for helium filling, or will not float. We will happily fill them free of charge with air for you, however you will not be refunded the price of the helium and may need to purchase balloon weights to go with these.
We are also happy for you to bring any balloon weights with you that you have purchased elsewhere, we will attach these to your balloons for you.
For small balloons, (less than 20" in size) we provide small free balloon weights.
Delivery is available to chatteris and surrounding areas for a surplus charge, please enquire about this.
