happy new year you gorgeous bunch

I may have been away, but it’s time to come back & fully open my order book from 1st February (very limited slots available throughout January)

although I may have been silent, I’ve still been working behind the scenes, with one of the highlights being participating in this incredible photoshoot organised by where the incredible Helena Curtis captured this snap 📸

I shall be forever grateful for this image and I can’t wait to continue creating throughout 2022 for you all

but for now, thank you for all your support throughout this year & I wish you all the best for this upcoming year 🤍

included was all the brie you could wish for with a side of hot ‘n’ spicy & manchego plus plenty of antipasti produce

from the cut comb honey to cured meat roses to star cut grapefruit finishing with dark chocolate dipped orange segments and vine tomatoes

they are all tiny details in comparison to the size of the table but without them and plenty of others, the design wouldn’t have been complete

last night I took a massive leap into the direction I’ve wanted to take Toast & Thyme from the day I started in September and it was everything I dreamt of!

I was also beyond excited that my customer had selected a cake from as her beautiful design works effortlessly with the graze

⁣the weekend wasn’t all about the tea and cake, the cheese and charcuterie platters were flying out too

hot ‘n’ spicy, camembert, manchego & stilton were the main features on this platter and I was even told there were left overs
