☃️❄️🎁 CHRISTMAS 🎅🤶🦌
As much as I don't like seeing all the Christmas stuff too early (and it's definitely waaay too early), I've also just booked tickets for our Santa experience before they sell out haha 😆😂

So I'm opening my Christmas bookings on Monday 11th September 🤶🎁🎅 The first 3 bookings will receive a Christmas selection box, Hot Chocolate and Marshmallow cone and a Christmas activity book for each child 🎁🎁

⭐🌟 POLICY UPDATE 🌟⭐

Now the worse is behind us (😷😷😷) I've made the decision to start taking a £40 deposit on all future bookings.

I know most similar companies carried on taking deposits during the Pandemic, however I wanted to take the worry out of booking things for people so scrapped deposits completely. I have kept this up for as long as possible, but unfortunately have had a lot of people take advantage of this. When a date is booked, that means I then turn away other potential teepee bookings. I also spend all week getting the Teepees together, cleaned and packed which takes a long time.

I have had people cancel the morning of their booking, I've had people cancel once I'd already dropped my daughter at a babysitter so I could set up their teepees and I've even had people not even let me know they were cancelling until I was already on my way.

So I'll now be asking for a £40 deposit when a booking is made. This will be non refundable, however if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given, the Teepee sleepover can be moved to an alternative date within 4 weeks if needed.
