Important update

The shop will be closed on the following dates

11th December - we are in London setting up a large event. We will have limited access to calls and messages

18th December - Sadly we are attending a family funeral so no calls or messages will be answered on this day

We will be releasing our Christmas opening hours next week

ELF IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you have ordered the following without an elf :

1) PostBox
2) Hot Air Balloon
3) Gift Box

You can add your elf once you have collected your display. It is nice and simple to add your elf but should you wish us to add it/them then please bring it in with you when you collect and we will happily do this for you.

If you have ordered the Elf inside the Magic Balloon we will require your elf to be brought in to us no later than TUESDAY so we can ensure your order is ready to collect on your chosen day. When bring in your elf please put it in a bag with your name and phone number on the bag.

When collecting your order we will wrapped then in black bags so the children cant see it. We would recommend not bring children with you when collecting as the shop will be filled with Elf Displays and we do not want to ruin the magic for them

Changing Pathways is a charitable organisation providing support and refuge for women and their children who have been victims of domestic abuse.
