If you usually buy a mass-produced bag of charcoal from the petrol station, this page is probably not for you! Or maybe we can change your buying habits.

Look for quality lumpwood charcoal made in an environmentally friendly way. It will make a world of difference to the flavour of your food. As always, try to source it locally if you can.
